This was one of the better Breakfast servings ( in a non-all inclusive resort ) that we have recently encountered. Can't express our satisfaction enough. As well the servers were very pleasant and attended any need or question. Thank You. The one slight negative was the price of a draft beer, $15.00 + somewhat over board. We purchased drinks elsewhere after that, if market competitive we would have used the small lounge a few more times, but over-all we will consider staying at this Riu location in the future.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and quiet, but still close to everything, which made it perfect for relaxing. The home itself was very spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to feel at home. The staff was also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay, answering questions quickly and making the whole experience smooth and stress free. Overall, a great place to stay and we would definitely come back again.

My stay at 1 Hotel Toronto was genuinely wonderful from start to finish. The Flora Lounge is a highlight — the lush greenery creates a calming, nature-inspired atmosphere unlike any hotel bar I’ve visited. What truly sets this property apart is the staff. Yaz was warm, engaging, and spot-on with every menu recommendation. The woman managing the pool on Sunday afternoon (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name!) was equally delightful. At Harriet’s, Alejandra (Ale) brought such genuine kindness and attentiveness to every interaction. When my travel plans changed unexpectedly, Jonah, Ify, and Shamar handled everything with patience and efficiency. I couldn’t have felt more looked after. I left feeling like family rather than a guest, and I’m already planning my return with my mom and sister. À bientôt! 🌿

So surprised!! A hotel near Clifton Hill, but a world away. Blown away by the room (sizes, amenities, decor, quiet, serene atmosphere). The staff is gracious and helpful. Certainly, an adult hotel for vacation, romance, etc. Ha! The free breakfast delivered to your door with a smile? Fantastic. I'm really not making this up. We will stay here again and again.

Amazing service from the moment we parked. The Valet service was great and Norbert at the Desk provided exceptional service. We celebrated our anniversary and the staff made us feel special with some simple gestures (like a late checkout). This gave us the opportunity to experience an amazing brunch the next day at Kost - the rooftop restaurant. The only suggestion that I have is to plan your exit/entry from the hotel during non-busy times for the restaurants - the demand for the brunch was high and the line-ups for the elevators can get lengthy. I will definitely return.

The hotel is location is great. Walking distance to multiple restaurants in Montreal city center. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. There was water interruption one night around 11pm but with enough advanced notice. Breakfast was included in my reservation but I didn’t get to go for it. Might be next time when I visit Montreal again. Would certainly stay hear again.

Some rooms have been upgraded, some have not been and are outdated. The staff was really nice and did move us to a nicer room when we asked. Unfortunately, the living room had a TV but it only functioned as a picture frame, you could not actually watch TV on that. Only the TV in one of the bedrooms actually had tv channels on it.
