Comme mentionné plus haut le monde est très courtois et utile, bon feeling partout ! Le seul bémol, mais c’est un GRAND BÉMOL - dans l’hôtel on n’est pas capables de s’acheter le matin un café ! Dans le sous-sol il y a le petit déjeuner en format « tout inclus », mais pour un montant de 22 euros ! Je trouve ça un peu louche. Il y a des Jen’s qui ne mangent pas le matin, mais prennent quand même un café. Même dans les plus « cheap » des hôtels dans les Caraïbes il y a des machines à café, au cas où. Ici, il me semble, l’administration essaie à nous faire payer un prix déplorable. J’ai essayé et demandé à l’entrée de la salle à manger le matin - refus total. Heureusement au coins du cartier il y a des bistrots et café où on paie moins de 2 euros pour le café, deux cafés et un énorme croissant coûtent 5.10 euros. On n’est pas aller à Bilbao a nous faire gaver le matin, c’est juste de nous réveiller, mon Dieu !

The staff were wonderful and one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to visit after we checked out. Service at both check-in and dinner was excellent. This is a small boutique hotel surrounded by quiet forests and farmland, making it a peaceful place to relax. The architecture and decor are beautiful and thoughtfully done, giving the hotel a unique character. We were happy to support such kind people who clearly take pride in what they do. They have created a special place and are doing a fantastic job.

Everything was good. The staff were very professional and helpful. The location is great, very close to the shops and to the old town. I liked the SPA and the sauna.

Pool very cold and small- limited space in rooftop. Breakfast was just ok

I unknowingly booked a room that was unrefundable. They did not allow me to reschedule my booking & I lost over $500. Be very careful when you make your reservation.

Loved the location and this lovely neighborhood in San Sebastián. Perfect for a beach day or a stroll in the hills.
