South O'ahu Honeymoon Holidays

Room nothing like photos. The two lanais were tiny, one with best view about ten inches by three feet size. Essentially ledges with railings. Bed was old. Suspicious stains on sheets. Bizarre bathroom arrangement with sliding plywood doors, no privacy due to a mysterious window. Shower water wet whole floor by toilet due to no real separation. Towels like large pieces of sandpaper. Breakfast buffet was small and desultory … in far too small a space. Staff very friendly but obviously aware of the difference between expectations and reality. Bizarre routines … waiting to check in had cold hand towel and little glass of guava juice thirst into hands without asking. Best thing about hotel is their social media camera work that cleverly presents a picture that does not really exist. Overall … poor, bizarre, not worth the money.

Hotel was great, however the check in process was terrible. They hold the check in time exactly until the exact time. We arrived early obviously understanding the check in time expectations. However upon arriving 4 hours early and expressing we had a young g child. It feeling well and anything they could do to get us in even 20 min early would be greatly appreciated. However no accommodation not even an offer to charge for early check in nothing…. Then when I show up 2 min prior to check “official time” just to collect room key, I already completed the check in Process, I was told I could not collect them until the exact time…. really not accommodating and normally we go with the flow but sick child in tow I’d expect a little better service. Nothing major but even communication on why they can’t issues cards vs what 2 more minutes then we will help you.

Second year in a row staying here. Very convenient location and resort offers all that you need.

Towels were not always available at pool. Phones were not always working in the room . Confusion on check in and rates

The location is amazing. The room was dated and old. It looks like there may be water damage. The tub made noise coming from the drain all night. The shower curtain didn’t close which resulted in a lot of water leaking out the tub. We asked for towels and body soap refill, they never made it. Like mentioned, the location is amazing not the hotel

Beautiful property, extremely friendly and helpful staff! Everyone goes above and beyond to make you feel welcomed, by far one of the best resorts I have stayed at.

Amazing staff in all department! Very attentive and very prompt. Everything is clean and beautifully decorated. Strong AC even in the hallway. The room is very spacious. Comfortable bed. Great location.

No coffee in the morning. No gym. Had to walk a few blocks to use shared gym. Mini split ac was not working properly. I reported it and they sent a tech to look at it and he was not able to repair. I was able to fix it by cleaning filter. Pool was down for a day.

This place is a hidden gem!! Tucked away in a beautiful town on a peaceful, serene bay with amazing staff!! Marissa was most helpful with recommendations that did not disappoint. I will definitely be returning.

A bit dated room but good location. Amenities are great and beach access was very close.
