8.8/10 Excellent! (511 reviews)
Room was spacious and clean. Spa was great and professional. Food was good. We tried the Japanese restaurant, the beach club and the breakfast buffet. The Indonesian restaurant was unfortunately closed. Would prefer if they avoided plastic cutlery while in-room dining.

The hotel is fine for staying in but it needs some love and attention. Some investment and a refurbishment would be welcome, the staff were all great, so no complaints there. Just needs a face lift.
