The front desk staff, bell hops and valets were very helpful and kind. The restaurant down by the river has great food and is very convenient. The suite was very spacious with comfortable beds and nice views. Will definitely stay again.

"Clean room and amenities. As an Intercontinental is supposed to be. The location is convenient but it is not in the most commercial/crowded part of the river walk. That can be good if you want more calm vs the Hyatt or the Westin. Parking location in the next block for US$30/night + taxes"
