I will start with the $50 daily credits, you can only use them at the spa to get a massage that is over $300 usd, you can’t use them at the stores either. So it was worthless to get any credits. We picked the all inclusive package, upon arrival we were given our bracelets to our room, no introduction to the property, restaurants, or amenities. We have stayed in other hotels and we are members of Xcaret, we were just trying a different place. We will continue to go back to our home Xcaret. Very disappointed that we did not get a good welcome to this place.

We stayed here with our toddler and had a wonderful time. The restaurants had no wait times and the food was good. The three pools made it so fun for our toddler to explore around and the play area was nice. We didn’t use the kids club because our toddler was too young. It looked nice though!
We did venture out and rent a car on our own. When we found ourselves stuck with the car overnight the hotel was extremely accommodating to us parking it on the property with virtually no notice.
Overall, it was super relaxing and accommodating. Perfect for family summer vacationing.
