(542 reviews) Clean boutique hotel with friendly helpful staff (Francisco,, Seth, Marco, ladies at breakfast) near Condado beach. Check in process was a problem as they do not have data security and PCI compliance - they not only entered my credit card manually for the $100 deposit, they xeroxed copied my credit card and ID which is not safe to have copies of my credit card on paper. No data security controls or proper handling as they took the deposit by manuualy entering it instead of credit card machine chip processing. No idea if they stored it on their computers. Otherwise, a lovely stay. Room was very small so recommend to get the larger room if staying longer. They called me a week before to tell me there would be construction on the casino. I didnt mind it because I didn't plan to use those facilities. However due to this construction it was difficult to get to our room instead of a straight shot. From the garage parking lot we had to literally take 3 different elevators and cross around the back of the hotel to get to our room. Kind of inconvenient. But otherwise great place, which is why I gave it 4 stars.
