"The key cards didnt work so every time we entered our room, from the swimming pool, hiking, dinner we had to go to the front desk and ask for thrm to be set after standing at our door trying them. A wedding used all of the area around the pool and you can hear other guests stomping their feet at night. Little sleep. Restaurant and housekeeping staff were a bright spot. Run down furnishings in the room for the cost."
