Grand Casablanca Golf Holidays

Nice location, the staff helpful and very nice , the room large

Carpet not clean . Shower was below the expected as five star . Shower hand only available and you have to hold it on hand and another hand to maintain cleaning hair body lol . Terrible 😢 we request to fix it . They send immediately maintenance man but he maid it worst . Car par available on street and hard to park . There is no car park as I mentioned other wise they assign car park where no body can drive through unless you handle your rental car to one of hotel employees and that inconvenience for rental asset protection. However it is not five star ⭐️ at all the location is not that good . Expedia is not handling their list for promotion business well

I never stayed there ,you guys are lairs trying to steal people money you have different building, nothing like pictures showing here. They have e different building doesnt even worth $5 to stay.

The rooms are damp, the carpets are dirty, the doors apparently regard closing as optional, water stagnates in the bathroom, AC seems to stand for anything except air conditioning or cooling. There is no iron or ironing board. Presumably, arriving with clothes that one might wish to iron is considered an unreasonable extravagance. They went around rooms in the middle of the night (I waited over 1 hour). Calling the operator is a charming exercise in optimism. If you have an hour or two to spare, you may eventually be rewarded with a response; do not expect a reasonable explanation of any sorts. I gave up and just sat at reception till I got my iron. In one word this hotel is an ABOMINATION.. Book at your perils.

Everything is good. Only there is a smell for the new furniture, not good for the health
