Every detail in the décor is thoughtful and well curated. Service was outstanding from the very beginning. Check-in was very fast, and they even accommodated us earlier than expected. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and they gave us wonderful recommendations for exploring the city. One of the most special touches was the surprise they prepared for my husband’s birthday — a bottle of wine, homemade cookies, pastel de nata typical of the region, and a handwritten card wishing him a happy birthday. It was such a thoughtful detail, and we truly appreciated the care behind it. Breakfast was served in the cafeteria right in front of the water, which made mornings even more magical. Breakfast was included and delicious. They also had tea, coffee, and fresh fruits available for guests throughout the day, which was such a nice extra touch. Overall, an unforgettable experience.
