Rooms were comfortable. The location is convenient to local attractions. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay there again.

The hotel location was amazing, a walking distance from the train station, restaurants, ferry to go to portofino just across the street, and the beach, public and private!! The staff were so friendly and helpful especially the lady with darker short hair. They gave us good advice , and when we told them we need to check out at early in the morning, they prepared us breakfast boxes to go! The room configuration was great for the 4 of us! Everything was pleasant !

The room offered a great view of the Rapallo beach. The culinary experience at HEY, the hotel’s restaurant, was amazing. The chef is VERY talented and creative. We will definitely come back!

Our stay was completely ruined by a persistent sewage smell in our room that lasted for our entire visit. The odor was so overwhelming that it was difficult to relax, sleep, or even spend time in the room. We were traveling with our children, and no family should have to endure those conditions while on vacation. We brought the issue to the hotel’s attention multiple times, hoping it would be resolved or that the hotel would make things right. Unfortunately, the smell never improved, and despite the significant impact it had on our stay, the hotel refused to offer any meaningful compensation or discount. We chose this hotel expecting a comfortable and enjoyable experience, but instead we spent our vacation trying to avoid our own room. The lack of accountability and customer service after such a serious issue was incredibly disappointing. I cannot recommend this hotel. If you value cleanliness, comfort, and a hotel that stands behind its guests when things go wrong, I would look elsewhere.

Great Place.

Our check in was very disappointing. The room was very small so I request an upgrade which I was happy to pay for- the receptionist explained they had a room but it was being cleaned, for us to go enjoy lunch and come back to sort it out. On our return they had sold the room to someone else. Hotel location is nice, rooms tiny and old/ worn. Beach set up in also very small with sun loungers crammed together. the beach is lovely. Stay in a proper hotel and come use the beach!

Everything was fantastic from beginning to end. The Front Desk team of Cinzia and Julia could not have been better - incredibly friendly, helpful with reservations and arranging taxis/private drivers, and did an amazing job of communicating with the night team so everyone knew exactly what had been done or needed to be done. The breakfast buffet was fantastic - delicious variety of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, pastries, meats, and cheeses. The team of Alessandro, Angel, and Elizabeth were very friendly, helpful, and kind and created such a perfect experience to start each of our days. The roof top pool was a very welcome plus since we were there in August and appreciated the refreshing break each afternoon. The rooms had such cute and quirky touches that made the experience special (like an old TV as a night stand). And, my husband wanted to be sure I included that he loved the candy selection in the lobby, especially the licorice. The hotel is in a great central location too! It is about a block off the main street and tucked away off an alley so it is quiet and feels private.
