Booked this hotel through Exepedia with a great deal. The hotel, from arrival to stay and to check out, I must thank all the staff who made my stay a great one. Special thanks to the team of the restaurant and room service, not only was the food very good, but Masud and Ashraf and their colleagues were genuinely attentive and respectful which was a real plus. And the cleanliness of the hotel and especially the room, the housekeeping agents are doing such a great job. I highly recommend this hotel, not only for the standards and values supported by the brand chain, but also for the general comfort of the place, the real feeling of safety and the people who bring heartwarming service even when shy most times. (FYI made pretty much the same review on another website the hotelnuses fornreviews 😊)

This is my fourth time staying at Hyatt Regency Riyadh Olaya. I booked two suites and I requested to be in the same floor because one I have my daughter alone and the other for me. We arrived at the hotel and MR Gorge was at the desk he gave me two different floors one in the third floor and the other in the fifth when I pointed out that I requested in the same floor he said that it not available but next day he will arrange for the transfer to the same floor. I ended in a room in the third floor and the next room with maintenance and in the morning from 9 o’clock until 1 o’clock, there was a loud noise from the work done in the next room. The next day, he did not call and did not make any changes. We stayed in the same rooms and different floor with the same maintenance going on the next room. Despite the fact that we booker suites, we ended in the worst room with loud noise from early morning in the next-door secondary to the maintenance.
