Very nice and comfortable

Mou Apartments is a very good, spacious and comfortable place to stay, especially for a shorter visit to Kotor. We enjoyed having a separate bedroom, living room and bathroom, plus plenty of cabinet space and a pantry large enough for our suitcases. The bed was comfortable, the TV was a good size with streaming services, and the kitchen was well equipped with cookware, dishes and utensils. Thoughtful extras included toiletries, washing-machine pods and dishwasher pods. Having both a washer and dishwasher was convenient. Our first-floor apartment opened toward the pool, which was a great feature. Management was very responsive, kind and helpful. When the Wi-Fi stopped working, he came over and tried to provide a secondary Wi-Fi connection, although it did not work. The main improvements needed are cleanliness, Wi-Fi reliability and directions. The bathroom and shower need a deeper cleaning, and there was visible mold along the bottom of the shower curtain. The shower is also quite small. The king bed was comfortable, but all sheets, blankets and bed coverings should be properly sized to fit a king mattress. The address provided took us about half a kilometer away; searching “Mou Apartments” in Google Maps worked better, so guests should be sent an accurate map pin. There are also very limited restaurants, shops and amenities nearby, making this better for a short stay than a long one unless you have transportation or plan to cook. A taxi to downtown Kotor costs about €30.

Stunning hotel. Would definitely recommend and we will come back

This was an absolutely stunning property. It's beautiful and clean and huge but not in a way that feels like a typical chain hotel. The pools are incredible, the view of the water and the harbor of Cavtat is great, there are multiple restaurant options that were really nice. We didn't eat dinner on site, we had lunch but the breakfast buffet was amazing. The food was delicious and the variety was really impressive. I would definitely recommend staying here if you are planning to visit Dubrovnik. The town of Cavtat is beautiful and charming but doesn't feel overly touristy as opposed to Dubrovnik. It is ~30 minutes away and the only knock is that the cost of transportation from the hotel is very expense (70 euro each way for us). You can pretty easily use uber or bolt but we weren't able to because they don't offer carseats. You can also take a ferry easily to dubronvik which we did and it was really nice, you just can't get a return trip back on the ferry very late. We stayed here with our four year old and it was amazing, definitely family friendly but would also be an excellent hotel for an adults only trip.

The staff was exceptional. They were so friendly and helpful and went above and beyond. The room was also fabulous and the property was well kept. Would certainly stay here again.

Steps steps & more steps, room claustrophobic ..small with small window that shed no light as faced a wall. Ants in room. Room was also baking hot when we entered as there was a stand a lone heating machine on.
