Our recent stay at this resort was absolutely beautiful, and a huge part of that experience was thanks to our incredible butler, Noris. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure every single need was taken care of with kindness, professionalism, and genuine care. She was always so responsive, accommodating, thoughtful, and attentive, and she truly made us feel special throughout our entire vacation.
Noris made our experience unforgettable, and honestly, the only way we would return to this resort is if she is there. She is truly one of a kind and deserves all the recognition for the amazing work she does.
The restaurants were also fantastic, and the food was absolutely amazing every single day. Overall, this was such a memorable and relaxing vacation, and we are so grateful for the hospitality we received.

We travelled in April with a group of friends and children aged 6-8 yrs old. It was a fantastic stay.
Pros: -beautiful resort, the rooms were very spacious and the grounds well maintained. If you look around you can always see staff working hard doing maintenance, they do a great job.
- so many amenities. Our family enjoyed the many pools, water park, arcade, VR room, mini golf, bowling. Some things cost extra but that was all made clear before we travelled so we were prepared for that.
- the beach is beautiful, however very rough. We still enjoyed it, just keep a close watch on everyone. Again this was something we knew beforehand so we weren’t surprised.
- the staff was all very friendly, this really stood out to me. It didn’t matter who we encountered, they were all lovely! Check in and check out was very smooth and they accommodated our request to be placed close to our other friends.
- food was great for all inclusive. Plenty of options. We liked not having to make reservations for most restaurants. We ate early (6 pm) because of the children, and we never had to wait long to be seated. There were several breakfast options, Isla was our favourite. Nice calm atmosphere and lots of fresh options. The coffee shop in the main lobby was also amazing! Also there are food trucks around the pools which was convenient with kids!
Cons: - very large, but this was not a huge hinderance for us. I will say the trolly system was excellent!

The drinks at some of the bars were not good, in my opinion swim-up bar was the most decent choice and best drinks. Stuff is amazing, pool is big and clean, property clean in general, but when I book 5-star hotel I expect them to at least have a tv-subscription so I don’t have to watch 20 min ads with only 10 minutes watching the movie. Also room was good, but the paint job/maintenance parts of the room/pool were not the best, not a 5-star hotel level, I’ve been to a lot of all inclusive 5 starts and I would give this hotel 4/4.5 starts, not 5. Room service food choice and the way it’s done - honestly bad. But cafeteria food was amazing, but a lot of days almost the same with barely any changes. Overall 3.5/5 in my opinion, BUT, will definitely consider coming back due to how calm it is and the beach, so clean and peaceful. But could be more free activities that you don’t have to pay extra for, kind of boring with that. And extra activities are WAY too expensive, I understand it’s a hotel and those are hotel prices, but again, I have experience to compare it too. Not bad, definitely worth coming back, but also not as good as could be for the prices they have.

The property is massive and beautiful. We loved everything about the property. All of the staff are friendly and welcoming. Our butler, Juan was amazing and made sure he took great care of us. We loved that although it was a calming zen like property, there was enough entertainment to not be bored. The food was ok. The best restaurant on the property was the Argentinian restaurant, La Paisana. Unfortunately the Japanese restaurant made us a little sick. But that doesn’t take away from our wonderful experience. I would definitely return with my family and recommend this place to others.
