The hosts were very professional and polite during our stay. They let us leave our luggage there on our last day when our flight was at 10pm. (28 reviews) I was looking for a stressfree retreat and this was exactly that. The entire place was beautifully presented and every single member of staff from management, waiters, house keeping and gardeners were just so kind and polite. I had no excursions planned but when i changed my mind, the hotel arranged this to meet my individual preferences. The transport and guides were equally as wonderful. The location is remote but perfect for having peace and quiet, yet still close enough for a nice drive to the city. Everyone was so kind and considerate and treat me so well. I would definitely return! (11 reviews) We recently stayed at Eden Lodge for several nights, and overall we had a mixed experience. The Room The room itself had a beautiful design and looked exactly like the photos — very stylish and well thought out visually. However, it was located directly under the restaurant/lobby area. Every morning we were woken up by the sound of people walking and, even worse, chairs being moved during breakfast service. There were also a few practical issues: There were no proper sleeping pillows on the bed, only decorative ones. We found one pillow in the closet. The closet was covered by a drape and didn’t offer enough space for two people staying more than four nights. The hangers were too close to the safe, leaving little room for shirts or jackets. There are no windows in the room, only a sliding door. During the day you can open it for fresh air, but at night you must keep it closed for privacy since staff walk by and can see inside if the drapes are open. The small water tank for the shower runs out of hot water quickly. The private pool outside the room was not heated. It was beautiful to look at, but not comfortable to use. The Staff The staff were incredible — truly the highlight of our stay. Both servers named Hamza were extremely accommodating and attentive, and the manager (whose name I unfortunately don’t remember) made us feel at home. Breakfast is included and every morning they took great care of us. (72 reviews) This place is like no other - heaven on earth. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. Our villa was brilliant. It was huge with our own pool (not heated and therefore we could not use it as the water was cold), a heated jacuzzi, a living room, bedroom and a large bathroom and a store room. The bed was huge and luxurious. The bathroom had a hand-held shower, a rain shower and the best was a waterfall shower! The in-house service was exemplary. We had a direct contact with our butler via whatsapp. The team were wonderful in responding to our messages within a couple of minutes. Noura, from the service team, was fantastic. She was very pleasant and helped us sort out a small issue in the bill with great professionalism. The breakfast was excellent and Kariba and Malik made us feel at home. We booked a lot of excursions, like a visit to Imlil in the Atlas mountains, desert experience, guided tour of the old city through the concierge. Syeed who helped us, in my opinion, is the best concierge I have ever seen. His choice of places, guides, restaurants to eat were excellent. He was patient and took a genuine interest in our trips. The cars from the hotel were large, clean and spacious. The drivers always had a smile on their face. Dawood, Mohammad and Imad in particular stood out. Dawood in particular gave us a lot of history facts during our drive to the desert. We even had Thomas, the general manager, stop by and have a chat with us as we were about to leave.
