The property was OK. My wife had died in her hair and it got on the pillowcase and they were trying to charge me ฿1600 for one pillowcase that did not make sense to me. I thought that was excessive otherwise excellent stay

Very friendly staff, quite and relaxed atmosphere. Excellent breakfast.

The hotel was very well maintained and clean. All staff were extremely professional and friendly. Breakfast gave a wide variety of options. Our only disappointment was room service on our first day. Waited an hour for it to arrive, called them..apparently they forgot our order. When it did arrive 30mins later, the meal was no longer hot.

They would not pick us up at airport and allow us to pay at hotel, even though it was their system not allowing the payment to go through. Tried 5 times with communication to hotel, they just kept telling us to try again which is not the answer. We took a taxi.

Access to rooms is from an outside corridor. Hotel has no proper entrance, you walk through a bar and corridor to get to the life for reception. Very confusing. However, there are door staff to help you. Breakfast buffet a bit basic for a hotel.
