(28 reviews) Superb Hotel! there are not many hotels I would like to go back, as it is a big world, and we always like to try new things, but this one is the one we would go back! We had a family skiing holiday in the hotel for a week. The hotel is well located next to the skiing school, bus stop is by the door to take you to many different slopes. My 4 years old daughter enjoyed swimming in the pool in the afternoon, while I went for the hot spring, saunas and spa treatment. Staff are super friendly and helpful: the first day my daughter forgot her ski jacket in the room while we were on top of the hill, I called the reception, and someone went to the room, got the jacket and delivered to her! Food is fantastic too! I am a fussy eater, but I thoroughly enjoyed every meal. Main course was served separately every evening, with a selection of choices; whilst the rest were a big selection in buffet. A posh, smart hotel, and also warm with a family touch. It's perfect, cannot fault it! Here are the issues that we experienced: road noise, tobacco smoke rising from the restaurant, inadequate interior lighting, no hooks for towels, too few hooks for clothes, the sheets were not clearly clean. If you stay here, request a room on the back, away from the road and restaurant. The place has potential, but the little details matter.
