Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la proximité pour visiter Helsinki. L'endroit était accueillant, tranquille et propre. La cuisine était bien équipée et les indications claires. Les réponses ont été obtenues rapidement lorsque nous avons eu des questionnements pour activer le laveuse.

The hotel kept cancelling our reservation. We had to contact them every day to get a new check in code. The last day they canceled our reservation altogether. We had to deal with AI to make contact. Then they would forward a new code. However my phone was low on battery and if I could not contact them we would be locked out with our luggage still inside. Our aircon had a blocked drain and leaked onto the floor. I had to turn off the power. I would never recommend this cost saving way the company adopted. I could have booked accommodation with a physical person to deal with in reception for the same price. I would then have someone to help with our problems.

It was very conveniently located and comfortable.

I thought it had a good sense of being a home away from home. Very comfortable and stylish modern decor. We were only there for a day, so nothing particularly stood out as something we disliked.

This is great Hotel. I think when you rate a hotel, there arehotels that you look at as a destination and there’s destinations where you stay at any nice hotel. This is a great hotel for someone who is visiting Helsinki. The location is fine. The hotel is quiet. The breakfast is one of the best I’ve ever been to in my life and the staff is outstanding. They have a sauna in a lot of the rooms, but if not, there’s a sauna in the basement. This is a solid, four-star hotel, and most of time when we travel in Europe or where the destination is more important in the hotel, this is the type of hotel we look for prices and rooms are perfectly adequate. Breakfast is outstanding and usually we spend very little time in the hotel other than breakfast the morning and evening. We’re out during the day. There’s no need to break the bank, but that’s your plan.
