The check in system is a bit annoying with the self checkin only system. Also I was confused with the door keypad number, I guess it was different from the checkin code and wasnt really able to find out. Fortunately they had a number to call and they helped.
Breakfast was a bit odd, in cafe down the road with a columbian breakfast with pretty limited and exotic options. I was expecting at least the coffee to be good, but I was unlucky and got the last cup from the coffe thermos and it was cold. Also no cappucino or other specialty coffees available.
The room itself and fecilities matched expectations. Location is great.

The bed was dirty upon arrival: red stain on the sheet like that of bedbugs; dirty mattress cover with stains and stray hairs.
While the housekeeping staff was attentive the following day, the absence of any on-site staff or in-person assistance with the unsanitary room makes obvious the fact that Bob’s customers and staff are less important than cost-cutting shortcuts.
Overrated and overpriced.

"The hotel is right next to the train station. It costs 4.5 euros to get to the airport and there are frequent trains. The station is in the terminal. Hotel is ready walking distance to all the main tourist sites."
