We had a wonderful stay at The Fullerton Bay Hotel Singapore. It is such a beautiful hotel and the location is absolutely perfect, with stunning views across Marina Bay and easy access to so many of Singapore’s main attractions. The hotel itself feels very elegant and luxurious without being overly formal. Our room was beautifully presented, extremely comfortable and had fantastic views. The attention to detail throughout the hotel was excellent. The service was also outstanding from start to finish. Every member of staff we dealt with was warm, professional and genuinely helpful, which made the stay feel very special. One of our favourite parts of the hotel was the rooftop pool and the views across the city particularly in the evening when Marina Bay is lit up. It is such a lovely place to relax after a day exploring Singapore. The location, service and overall quality of the hotel were exceptional and it really added to our time in Singapore. We would absolutely stay at The Fullerton Bay again and would highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious stay in the city.

Staff was very quick to your response to comment. But missed out or does not taken care enough. Found out they fold back old one and put back for us to use...while regular room cleaning... Also not extra left to use for Late shower coming back from busy day out on humide weather...

Nice outdoor pool. Close to Expo Metro station and from there only one stop to Changi airport.

The Pan Pacific Singapore is an incredible hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly, the room and food is outstanding. It's 100% worth getting a club room as the extras including access to the club lounge for champagne breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails is outstanding and made our trip extra special. We loved it. Outstanding views across the bay.

The staff was simply exceptional. I was unwell so had limited mobility and the staff went way beyond to make my stay comfortable.
