Location of hotel is excellent and staff were very helpful in a very late check in (3 am). Food poolside was nothing special (fries and sliders), pool was not too crowded but definitely on the smaller size. Didnt get to go to the beach site so cannot review

This was the second time I’ve stayed at the Caribe Hilton. Grounds beautiful, staff very pleasant, food at restaurants delicious. A little bump checking in, resolved. Walls in rooms paper thin. Could hear people in next room clearly as though one room. Tile floor treacherous when wet. Overall nice stay.

We stayed for two nights with kids. The hotel has many fun activities for the whole family. The staff is so friendly (Housekeeping, front desk, pool staff, and etc! All very friendly) We did a cabana on our pool day, and our server Gabriel was awesome. Very attentive and allowed us to have separate bills. He was very patient and kind to the kids in our group. A+ Service from Gabriel. Our only pool complaint would be that there is not enough seating to accommodate all the guests. We really had no choice but to do a cabana as there were zero chairs available. We were lucky to snag the last cabana which is smaller and less private than the others. The location was great. We didn't realize it was comic con at the convention center that weekend, so the traffic was really bad on Saturday but the non-event days were fine. I love that this hotel allows walking distance to T-Mobile district which is fun for kids and adults. They also have a shuttle to OSJ, I didn't get to use it so I can't review it. But it was nice that it was an option. I'd stay here again.

Throughout my stay I was perpetually irritated by the fact that you have to show up at the pool around 7am to put an object to claim a poolside chair. Literally, people are putting playing cards down on banks of chairs. We were told this by another guest after arriving in the afternoon, and it proved out everday thereafter. The other locations for extra guests are by a restaurant about 200' away that includes picnic tables or an artifiicial turf field equally distant that had no umbrellas most days. Sitting on the picnic table benches got old very fast. We chose this resort as it was family friendly and hoped our child would enjoy meeting some other kids. He did and that was great, but they wanted to stay at the pool most of the time, so getting a chair on the beach didn't add much value for us. The staff were nice, committed to customer service and the food was very good for the most part. We won't come back here, because the pool issue was absurd and sitting on a picnic table bench was annoying.

Palomino Island is where it is at! Fun boat ride to get there and chairs/umbrellas all set up when you arrive—no extra charge. Las Vistas section has newest rooms- good size, big bathroom. Food was solid at resort but preferred to go to dinner off the property. Check out La Estacion!
