Staff very unhelpful. Wouldn’t replace tea/coffee in the room and asked me to come down to the bar to buy it.

This was a terrible stay for a 4 star hotel. They missed the most important part: respecting the privacy and safety. We were there as part of a big group for a wedding. As soon as I arrived I asked for an iron. They gave it about couple hours later right before dinner time so I decided to go to dinner and then my dress for the wedding tomorrow. Before I leave, I told them I couldn’t find any hair conditioner or body lotion in the room, but I don’t want anybody in my room while I’m gone so please keep it at the reception and I’ll take it when I’m back. First of all, they never did. Second, they found out I’m out of the room and although I specifically asked them not to enter my room, they went in and looked around the room and took the iron while I was gone AND THEY NEVER GAVE IT TO ME so I had someone from Paris bring one. I can understand that all of a sudden 80 people ask for an iron but it is UNACCEPTABLE to enter someone’s room without permission and take something specially when they said NO ENTRY. Worst than that was the personnel’s attitude; they were like, I didn’t do it, someone else did maybe we give it to you tomorrow. I asked them, would you go to random people’s room and take the iron if I ask you for one, and they said. I. I don’t understand, how they thought is was okay to do it to me. Beside that, only the first floor is renovated and the rest of the floors were not ( my friend’s room) had terrible smell and they didn’t fix it until the second night.

Very nice breakfast good size room. Amazing staff. 10/10 would stay again feels more like Disney than some Disney hotel's from my experience.

Friendly staff, good location, very close to rer, old rooms and awkward layouts

Everything that was advised about this property was accurate we had a great stay with free shuttles to Disneyland when required, we were never waiting around and they always turned up on time and were very helpful.

It was clean. It was a bit noisy during night,because our room was close to reception.but it wasn't big problem
