8/10 Very good! (1,491 reviews)
Room is & feels old. Surfaces that are seldom touched are covered with visible dust, stain on sofa, Cleaning crew are friendly, front desk staff are unsmiling, appear annoyed. Only 2 plus points: Location - being in Myeongdong, plenty of eatery & shops around, & subway exit 10 is right outside hotel. Room size 30sqm is comfortable & uncommon in this area & price point.

Everything was perfect.
Only thing I didn’t enjoy much was the gym. It was quite small and tight, which led me not to use it.

9.8/10 Exceptional! (28 reviews)
The location is excellent, close to everything. The staff was attentive and responsive. I needed extra pillows and they were delivered right away. My only issue was I didn’t realize both bedrooms are upstairs. We had 2 travelers with mobility issues and it was unexpected. Even with this hiccup for our family, I highly recommend this hotel. It added to our wonderful Seoul trip!

9.2/10 Wonderful! (2,071 reviews)
The room is spacious and clean. The property is close to some nice restaurants and coffee shops. Very enjoyable stay. Will choose it again if we come back to the area.
