Room is spacious and bed is comfy

We’ve been a repeat guests for Sejong. Really appreciate the hotel’s cleanliness and amenities. The room was clean, even housekeeping did a good job when we requested for our bed to be made. The only thing that didn’t change is the worker’s union protest, that seems on-going even before covid. Fortunately, they didn’t bother hotel guests but get a bit crowded when the protest at the lobby though.

This hotelnis 5 stars, the ambience is wonderful, the rooms are beautiful, the bathrooms all marble. The breakfast is not extensive but certainly filling. The service is excellent, the staff are so nice and polite. The lobby is huge but no seating. It prevents anyone from loitering. I am not sure if its the intended outcome, but makes it so quieter. I will certainly stay here again.

It was a great hotel. The rooms were spacious and modern. The location was perfect. The staff were very friendly and professional. One issue is that the shower/bath design is quite weird. It is very slippery, especially when getting in or out. I actually fell and bruised my arm when trying to get out of it during my first night. However, all the positives of this hotel make up for it, and I would definitely stay here again!
