"Check-in went very smoothly, and the staff were polite and friendly. Convenience stores and restaurants are close to the hotel. We stayed there because our flight layover was 16 hours. We’re glad we stayed there and had a good rest."

"The room itself was very good--for a short stay. The only part that we found difficult was checking in since it is not a typical hotel where there is a person at the desk. But for what we paid for it is good. The location was very quiet but safe to walk around. If we decided to go back to Incheon, we might consider booking there again."
