Check in was kind of wonky. They don't accept euro coins as payment for local taxes but take euro paper. Which is kind of confusing since it was only 4 euro to pay the local taxes I didn't have local currency in a low enough denomination to pay so I had to wait an extended period of time to have them get me change for 200 dirhams. The check-in person which I don't know his name because they did not have a name-tag or give a proper introduction was egotistical and condescending. Which is not good as the face of the hotel. The room was ok and the area the hotel was in was ok. Would not stay here again unless there wasn't another option as there are too many options of other places to stay.

Malgré un petit contretemps à mon arrivée concernant le manque de serviettes pour prendre ma douche, le problème a été réglé en moins de 30 minutes, ce que j'ai beaucoup apprécié. Le personnel est très accueillant, professionnel et toujours prêt à aider. Une mention spéciale à l'équipe du buffet et du restaurant, qui offre un excellent service et répond rapidement à toutes les demandes avec le sourire. Dans l'ensemble, j'ai passé un très agréable séjour. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel pour la qualité de son service et l'amabilité de son personnel.

The hotel was very nice, our room was really spacious . My only issue was that it was a dry hotel, (no alcohol), and I didn't know that until I got there.
