"The room was clean and had a very nice layout. The pool and pool area were clean and well-kept. The hotel had a convenient location. I visited the spa for a just massage and the massage was very overpriced. Be aware that draping (i.e., covering areas of the body not being massaged with a towel/sheet) is not a done at this spa which makes for a chilly experience. I would stay at this hotel again but I would skip the massage."

"Very helpful and hospitable staff. Before we even arrived, and through email, staff were very helpful and professional. Their warmth and professionalism stood out at every interaction—whether it was the front desk team greeting me with a smile, and helping me decide my itinerary and how to navigate the city, or the restaurant manager who went gladly offered us complimentary coffee and pastry. "The bathroom is not clean. Toilet bowel with stains. Shower head is broken. Very noisy, the tram and car right outside the hotel. Terrible experience."

"The room's cleanliness left much to be desired; there were no towels and I had to call reception several times before they finally brought them. Also, the air conditioning didn't cool properly. Otherwise, the staff were very friendly."
