"I was unable to get any information about the airport shuttle so booked separately. I did not try the breakfast so can’t say how it was. The checkin and checkout were both very quick and efficient. The room was very clean and amenities well stocked. Excellent location for access to markets, port and UN Square areas. "

"Not up to the same standards i expect from Novetel. Staff were not helpful and didn't mention that breakfast was included. They also seem to not be helpful in arranging taxis services."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hyatt regency. The staff were very nice and house keeping was excellent. But we were disappointed that the club room was closed due to ramadan. We wish this had been communicated to us in advance. The morning breakfast was good but the evening snacks were the same cold quiche every night which quickly got boring. It was not the club floor experience we were expecting."

"Really great hotel with a rooftop lounge. Lounge is a perfect place to sit, relax and enjoy the Cassablanca skyline. Although they couldn’t figure out how to apply the promised 20% discount on food. The staff was great and the room was very clean. Great property."
