I thoroughly enjoyed my seaside suite. Gorgeous view. Loved that the property is located on the beach. The outdoor beach service is immaculate. John provides wonderful service with a smile. Throughout the property, I found the staff to be kind and attentive. I also enjoyed the pool area and the rooftop spa- it’s small but the service was quality. All in all- I enjoyed my respite at The Pelican.

We loved our stay at the Bentley Hotel! The staff was so friendly and always took the initiative to help us out. It was my girlfriend's birthday and when they learned aboit it they brought champagne, snacks to the room and left us a heartfelt card.
Thank you again for your hospitality. We cannot wait to be back again!

My stay at EAST Miami hotel was nothing short of amazing. It added a nice luxury touch to my 25th birthday getaway. The receptionist was very welcoming. The rooms were very spacious and modern and the views from the balcony were breathtaking. The valet attendants and bellman were also very courteous and helpful and made transporting luggage and shopping bags hassle-free. I also got to enjoy a breakfast buffet at one of the hotel's restaurant on property called Quinto.
It provided bagels, croissants, fresh fruit and much more with an amazing atmosphere. I also loved the fact that this hotel was connected to the Brickell City Centre mall which made my shopping trips easier. Overall, I would definitely recommend this stay to others looking for a luxury get-away and I would stay here again!
