Property was modernized in 2017 and the rooms were clean, tidy and house keeping was prompt to clean. We stayed on the top floor (15 th) and the air conditioning was barely effective. Our only real complaint

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Expedia did not update that the hotel no longer offer free airport shuttle but they communicated nicely with me and made some accommodations. Would definitely recommend as the stay was very comfortable.

This hotel is located next to a rubbish management facility and close to a market. So it is located at a not so nice environment. However, the hotel is very close to public transportation especially if you are taking A11 airport bus. The reception is located on level 3. The hotel is relatively new although the room is a bit small but has all the standard facilities. It is also very good value. Highly recommend for single traveler and for a short stay in Hong Kong.
