Clean room, good facilities. Close to gondola with frequent shuttle, ski hire in the building with friendly and helpful staff.

Great property, beach at walking distance. There’s 3 restaurants on site, at one of them serves breakfast. Rooms are clean and big plenty of space for everyone(stayed in apartment), plenty of pools for small and big and bars also, staff members always helpful speaking multiple languages.

Super clean and excellent food! Location was perfect! Close to beach pubs and shops. Pool lovely. 30 minutes from bourgas airport. A must visit is nessebar aqua paradise water park free shuttle from flower street 20 mins away.

The parking is a misrepresentation, it’s on the street and anyone could mess with your vehicle. Buffet dinner is mediocre, and the promise of a sandy beach is a downright lie. You walk a few blocks to the beach and it is municipal, no lounger or sunshade. You are not allowed to take the pool towels to the beach. The staff definitely need retraining, as they try to bully you around. Loads of hotels closer to beach ….Melia..

The hotel is modern, stylish, and offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The dining experience is excellent, with a wide variety of options to satisfy all tastes, and food and drinks are available throughout the day at multiple locations. Cleanliness is outstanding—staff are constantly maintaining public areas, which always look immaculate. The staff are also very helpful and friendly, making the stay even more enjoyable. We visited in September when the atmosphere was calm and uncrowded, making it easy to find poolside chairs and umbrellas. Evenings include an entertainment program, with schedules available at reception. Rooms are spacious, quiet, and comfortable, featuring balconies with chairs and a table—perfect for morning coffee with a sea view. The beach is just across the pedestrian walkway; while the hotel does not provide umbrellas or loungers, rentals are available nearby. The area is walkable and safe, ideal for evening strolls to the shopping district, though souvenir quality is limited. A small train runs between hotels, adding a charming touch. We stayed all-inclusive and enjoyed every meal. There are a lot of restaurants for dining outside the hotel. Overall, this hotel combines comfort, excellent service, and convenience. We would highly recommend it for travelers seeking a relaxing, well-maintained, and enjoyable stay.

Good hotel but I think is to crowdy

After spending one night at a "horror hotel" upon arrival, we were able to book our group into the Best Western Plus Olives City Hotel. This was the right move - we were three adults and two kids, and the "two-room apartment" they had on the 7th floor was perfect, and an added bonus of a hotel parking and an indoor pool made our lives easier for the duration of the stay. Breakfast was good too! Recommend!

Breakfast was good and room is clean

Came for an Energy conference and only stayed one night. Got an unexpected free upgrade and breakfast and a gorgeous modern corner room. The hotel has a gym and a pool however if you plan to swim (like I did) you need a swimming cap and entrance is 20 eur extra. Staff were all great very helpful and best thing: no waiting times at checkin or checkout.

The towels need replacing - they were old, frayed and with holes. Please check your minibar upon arrival. I was charged a deposit for the minibar, which I only later noticed was completely empty. Luckily, one of the receptionists kindly refunded the money the same day.
