For a 5-star hotel, the general facilities (ie Lobby and Gym) were lovely. We also did the buffet breakfast which was absolutely fantastic. The room was a bit disappointing. A lot of dust and very tiny (which I understand cannot be changed) but calling it out. The guest services team were helpful but it just took too long for anything to arrive at our room. For what we paid, we actually got more value and a better experience when we transferred to another hotel the next day. I’m unsure if we would stay here again

La habitación es pequeña pero el hotel está fabuloso, muy limpio todo, la ropa de cama y toallas nuevas, el personal muy amable, está frente al Queen Victoria Building y puede tomarse metro, camión o tram caminando 2 min, catedral está a 3 cuadras y la zona nunca se queda sola, tienes súper enfrente por cualquier urgencia, puedes descansar super bien, no es un hotel de mochileros, me encantó
