Impeccable service and stunning hotel. Staff was beyond helpful, calling a taxi for us, helping make dinner reservations. Convenient location. Beautiful breakfast. Complementary glass of Rose in the evening.

Old, dingy carpet in the bedroom. The room itself was a nice size (one of the best closets I have ever seen at a hotel) but it felt like being in a fancy nursing home -- old and sad....Breakfast was mediocre. Guests were joking about the hot buffet. The cold cheeses and meats were fine. The baked goods were not great. We had thought to have dinner in the restaurant but after our first breakfast we changed our minds....Great location and a gorgeous city.

Martina, at the front desk is exceptional! Very professional, kind & gets things done. Very elegant disposition.
The restaurant is very nice w/great food & terrific cocktails. Also, very beautiful & excellent service.
The room was beautiful. Clean! Big bed w/cozy sheets, nice towels & products.
The spa. Had a massage with Rebecca! The massage was perfect. The pool water temperature is just right w/fun jaquzzi jets.
