The hotel is perfectly located in the Old Quarter, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. Rooms are impeccably clean. The food at breakfast and dinner was delicious. The staff and service are what make this place special. They are extremely attentive and helpful with any request. We could not have asked for a better start to our vacation in Vietnam.

We greatly enjoyed our stay! Clean, comfortable bed, quite, and in an amazing location. The walk to get breakfast is not even a minute away and the options are good. In particular Jasmine was very nice and helpful and made us feel welcomed in Hanoi! Definitely recommend staying here when in Hanoi. We will be back!

Great property;
we loved the pool, the breakfast, and the stuff is very helpful and service oriented; the area is quite enough to be calm, but not far away from everything/ anything;
the westren restauants are mediocre but acceptbale;
i would come again alone or with family.
if you are a family, or coming for work- it is suggested to try and book Residence part and not the main hotel - it is more quite;
