(243 reviews) The corridors look a little rundown but the rooms are fine. We had a balcony on the front of the hotel. The breakfast is top-notch and the breakfast room has a view of West Lake. The hotel is relatively secluded but in a perfect location by West Lake. There are lots of pictures in the hallways of famous people who stayed at the hotel like Vladimir Putin and Nelson Mandela.
