I love how they have their on hotel song i loved everything about princes palace will stay here again

The room given to us was not the same on the photos on the listing. Look at all the negative reviews and you’ll notice a themed. The sheets are stained, you can hear the noise outside (constant horning of vehicles even during midnight), aircon is noisy, the shower drain is clogged and no lift on the first/second floor. We had to leave on the first night and book a proper hotel. The staff were friendly though.

The location is perfect, close to attractions a short walk away from Hoan Kiem lake area. The staff are so helpful, giving useful tips. The room has everything you need. A comfortable stay. Would recommend.

I like Changi village area and the pools are great. Have been here a few times always good.

The property is clean. It is accessible to transportation.Walking distance to many restaurants and convenience store.Mary at the front desk is very helpful and friendly with her Manager(Patrick).Thank you guys for your help.

For the money we paid the room was average at best. Lacked very basic things like extra pillow face washer. However the staff more than made up for it! Jim at reception a delight and the manager Malik was just adorable for these reasons we would stay again!!
