Prince Palace was outstanding and excellent value. The Hotel and rooms are beautiful and clean. Staff were great also. Will definitely be returning, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Bangkok.

We stayed at the Family Suite with the large balcony and terrance. It was no big deal. We did not take advantage to sit and enjoy the terrace. We traveled in August and it was so hot and humid. I did use the terrace to enjoy the sunset and sunrise and the view from the terrace in Hanoi was nice. The restaurant for breakfast was not at the location, but one block away at their sister's location, Royal Palace 2 Hotel, which was a bit of an inconvinience.

I always stay at Trinity the staff is amazing the only problem is there was night construction across from my window which is illegal I had to go down at 3am and tell them to stop working or I was calling the police but 2 nights later they were back. It really ruined my last couple days of my visit
