Basque Coast Cheap Holidays

The property is nice, the rooms are very clean. I love that there’s a lot of trees in the property and around. It is a little bit far from everything but there are markets nearby and the bus is really easy to take. My only complaint is that when we arrive, the man at the reception told us that we had not paid, he charged us for our stay, we could not get the receipt from Expedia because we had no Internet, and he would not give us Wi-Fi until we paid. After connecting to Wi-Fi I could get the receipt, but since it was late at night when we arrived and we were tired, we had to do it until the next morning and they did give us a refund But since it takes 3 to 5 business days, we are still waiting for our refund. That was a big inconvenience for us and it wasn’t pleasant to get into an argument with the staff.

Wish I have one good thing to say about this place. First, the location is in the middle of nowhere. No restaurants or any eating facilities within miles from the hotel, and the hotel restaurant is not open for lunch. Then the room is not cleaned for days until requested. The bathroom is mess.
