The hotel was very nice. The main hallway rugs could usecsome cleaning but the room itself was nice. Restaurant was very good for both dinner and breakfast. Staff are very accommodating.

Great room, new hotel so everything in decent shape. Large car park.
Staff member on reception wouldn’t check us in without passports on every guest, which having come from France where everything is more relaxed, this seemed pretty intense. I dunno, maybe it’s a law in Spain.
Decent buffet style breakfast too.
Overall a good stay on the way through the Basque region.

While the hotel was absolutely lovely and the staff very friendly, we were very disappointed. We booked the hotel as we wanted to play golf and given it was a golf hotel, we thought it would be perfect. Unfortunately on arrival we were informed that the golf course would be closed for our entire five night stay. I think we should have been informed in advance and we could have booked an alternative hotel near the area with other golf courses.
