Overall my ten days stay was made great by the wonderful staff who work there in every department, especially the front desk, the breakfast staff and the lovely meet & greet staff in the lounge area. A lot of variety offered at the breakfast buffet, hence there is something for everyone. For those like me who love their English tea in the room, you may need to bring a travel kettle because the hotel only provides coffee maker.

I will definitely be staying there again! Place was walking distance to everything and all the staff was extremely friendly!

Don’t like that it’s not listed that you have to pay $55 for valet parking there’s no option to just park it yourself in the parking garage. I don’t want other people driving my vehicle so I didn’t even have that option. Had to public park on the street.

This hotel is one of the best I’ve ever been at and I’ve traveled alot. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to see a Blue Jays game or visit downtown Toronto. The added features like the soft bedding and electric moving shades make the stay very comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel. I’ll probably be back.

Great room, comfortable beds, spacious room and well appointment bathroom. It is not a huge hotel so it is quiet, even in the heart of the entertainment district. Valet parking is a bonus as an expedia member and wonderful given how expensive it is to park in the city. We really enjoy staying here.

Fantastic hotel. Well located - close to TTC station and so much to do within walking distance. Staff was well trained and polite. However, there was soap and shampoo missing; they rectified the situation after a couple of reminders. The room lighting is controlled by control boards around the room, which is truly wonderful! The bathroom is well designed and can be closed off from the bedroom area. I do think the bathroom could have been cleaner (shower and toilet area) as an establishment positioning themselves as 4.5 star hotel. Overall, great option for a few nights (3). Would book again.
