We loved our stay! The staff is wonderful, great breakfast with lots of choices, and a really nice room. The location is great when taking the ferry, and still easy to get to the old city. My only suggestion would be to buy some new towels :)

Staff were absolutely amazing. Location is fairly convenient. The room and hallway had a slight smell but considering we were lucky enough to be upgraded, it’s a minor issue (plus it’s europe)

The room was clean but the lights were not working. The breakfast and dinner are excellent!
However, the airport shuttle was not free as implied on the site. We eventually paid 180 euros for a group of 6 to transfer to the airport.

Great location, friendly staff, and amazing breakfast. The decor and architecture are breathtaking. Stayed with my parents in their late 70’s and it was the perfect location to get to old town. I hope I’m blessed enough to make to back!

Complimentary breakfast with a view was great. A great price in the thick of the main tourist area of Dubrovnik near to the old town. The room was everything we needed and the air conditioning was very much needed and worked very well. The staff were very helpful when we arrived.
