We had a wonderful stay at this boutique hotel in the heart of Venice. We took a private water taxi from the airport directly to the dock attached to the hotel. The room was great and the staff very friendly. One note… there is no elevator, so you will be climbing stairs… there are 3 floors and the stairs to the 3rd floor are rather steep. The breakfast was excellent with a good variety of food. There are several restaurants within a short walk and the hotel is only about 7 minutes from the Rialto Bridge.

"The room was really hot. We had to drag our luggage up a full flight of stairs. There is no elevator. The room was very small, but clean. The day staff were not accommodating however the night staff did offer us a room change and suggested the room would be cooler."
