(691 reviews) By far the worst and narrowest double bed we have ever encountered in hotel like this. Tbe pillows were not much help either. It had the feel of a cheap package holiday hotel. The staff were not unfriendly, but had a jaded attitide. The room key had to be reprogrammed multiple times as it unexplainably stopped working. The breakfast was average. To add insult to injury, they had the pool area booked for a large fashion show which prevented gusts acccess to the pool. I wouldnt recommend this hotel. (205 reviews) The Hotel was lovely and with a big attention for details. We got a cozy and big room with a privat garden. The stuff was amazing : both shifts: Domingos and Sheley were Fantastic and very helpful and kind. We love the place and the vibes and the hotel Is basically walking distance form everything. We walked twice to the Waterfront Mall and we felt safe all the way and enjoyed a pleasant walk. We also meet the German owner who was very kind and warm. We will come back cause CPT is amazing.
