The hotel was a bit further out from the main attractions at the V&A Waterfront than we had expected and not walkable at night. The room was rather tired and in need of freshening up although the kitchen and living room area was pristine. The shower door was rickety and seemed like it might snap any moment! Water leaked under the door. I did complain but as far as I know nothing was done about it. There really isn’t anything in the area - would be handy for the conference centre but there are no shops, bars or restaurants nearby. It’s a 5-10min taxi ride to the harbour/aquarium area.
Breakfast was very good. Best scrambled eggs! Staff on reception and in the cafe were friendly and helpful.

Adequate accomodation for overnight stay
"Upgrade/renovations of hotel was promised for the future. Some lifts were a problem; one lift couldn't stop on the basement floor and another lift was stuck on the 12th floor. All-in-all, we had a nice stay, for overnight accommodation"
