Despite some of the negative reviews regarding this property, my experience was uniformly positive. It’s small, old, spotty WiFi,and lacking in some amenities like a fridge and microwave. But it was clean, in a good neighborhood, comfortable bed, great shower and linens, and quiet. And a great value for the money.

OK for the money but loud window AC and limited furniture made room a place you didn't want to spend too much time in. Location is fabulous, close to Metro, shops, restaurants and Phillips Collection.
