needs improvement!!! Ac makes so much noise, window was lopsided couldn’t close it . Shower has no door only curtain which made water go all over the floor ! Reception are needs more lighting

I travel to nyc often, but this was the first time staying at the ROW. It’s a beautiful hotel, easily accessible from port authority, Times Square, subways, etc. my conference was in the Marquis, but this hotel was $200 cheaper and totally worth it. Staff was very friendly, esp the front desk. I’d come back again for sure

I travel to nyc often, but this was the first time staying at the ROW.
