Amazing stay. Nice staff, great breakfast, comfortable room, good location to airport.
It was easy aces to where I neede to be and close to relatives.
We were exhausted and arrived at midnight. The lovely person at the desk was warm and kind and welcoming and helped us get set up with a cot. The manager in the AM was also super nice. Room was fine. Breakfast was pretty lean, but for this wallet-friendly place, it was totally fine.
I needed washer and dryer and they had it. Very friendly staff and great food in the club level. Superb location to Syracuse campus. Great old Sheraton has seen some wear and tear but would definitely stay again. Loved it.
Conveniently located to highway. Few sit down dining options but plenty of grab and go spots.
