The only 2 positive things I can say about this hotel, but they are big positives, is that the beds were comfortable and the hotel room was clean. For the negatives: 1\. It is very old, the hotel itself, room furniture, etc. 2\. The pictures are deceiving from the website, it is not new looking in any aspect. 3\. Room access is outdoors only, like a motel. I either overlooked that, or they had some clever photography hiding that fact !!! 4\. The “breakfast”, touted as excellent, etc, did not appear appetizing at all, burnt what looked like turkey bacon, and 1 container of unappetizing eggs and hash browns, and bread in a container that stays out all day; not sure how that could remain “fresh”. 5\. Staff that is not very polite, to the point of not even speaking back when you say “hi” to them. If it was not a hassle to fight with Expedia for a prepaid registration, I would have cancelled my reservation immediately upon walking into the lobby. I will never stay there again and do not recommend it.
