The Union Hotel was a lovely hotel in downtown Toronto. It has a lovely lobby area with a beautiful ambiance. The front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was compact but well organized. The bed was comfortable for us. We found the room heated up and cooled down quickly because it was small. The bathroom was clean and had lovely amenities. There was a kettle instead of a coffee pot, so we had to use instant coffee, which was quite tasty. It did not bother me, but some people may not prefer instant coffee.
Overall, we were quite pleased with our stay and would definitely stay there again, due to its price value, proximity to the Union Station, and the sports arenas.
