The hotel has an amazing vibe and was perfect for walking downtown. Rooms were what you expect from an older building, but the showers were hot and the room was quiet. All in all, a great experience.

The staff at Hotel Felix were kind, thoughtful, and genuinely helpful throughout my stay. The location is also a strong point — walking distance to a lot of great Chicago spots, which made getting around easy. My experience was somewhat diminished by the mandatory Urban Fee added at check-in. I understand many hotels are moving in this direction, but travelers should be aware of the additional required cost when budgeting for their stay. Outside of that, the team and location were the highlights for me.

Friendly staff and excellent location. Loved our 2 bed suite with 2 bathrooms and a kitchen! Would absolutely stay again!

Clean room, the cleaning staff was great. My room was #901, which was directly behind the elevator shaft. I could hear every bit of noise from the elevator when it started, stopped, and some nights, screeching sounds. I asked the staff to change my room to the same type, but they gave me a different, older room where the carpet had rips, and the couch had rips. I got a lesser quality room for the remainder of my 5-day stay. I've stayed here numerous times, but I think my last visit will be my last.

The Ultimate In a ALL around Beautiful Experience.The Breakfast Buffet,The Waiter And Bartender gave A1 Service At all times.The Food Was Top Notch Delicious.My Girlfriend absolutely Loved it and Took Plenty of pictures To remember and Share the Great memories At the Whitehall Hotel.
