WOW! WOW! WOW! This was truly an incredible FIND!
The location was perfect, as was our room! The hotel and staff were great. When you exit the hotel you can walk a few steps to the right and be in the heart of Old Town (Grand Palace). If you venture to your left, you begin to explore the wonderful neighborhoods with great restaurants, bars and so much more! All the tours we took gathered at the train station which is an easy walk from the hotel. I can't imagine staying anywhere else when we visit Brussels again. We both truly fell in love with the city and this hotel.

Hotel is about 3 - 4 miles from airport. Room size was adequate. The biggest letdown was the state of the cleanliness, the washbasin was not clean. The shower cubicle was not clean and had hair on the floor. The worst bit was finding a pin on the floor of the toilet and the commode had not been cleaned ...

The staff is not prepared to deal with international clients. For locals, could be ok, not helpful, rude...could be better an automatic check in and check out, so you don't have to deal with those untrained people.
