I will definitely use this hotel again. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, beds were perfect and we did not experience any noise. Breakfast was lovely. Location couldn’t be better! I especially want to mention 2 members of staff Kamel and Alban. They were so helpful and went above and beyond in helping me sort out a problem.

The hotel was wonderful, situated in the city center, just a 3-minute walk from Manneken Pis and a 5-minute walk from the Grand Place, however, far enough as to be very peaceful and quiet. It was very clean, with a delightful scent as soon as you entered, and the room was spotless and the size of the room very generous. However, the gym facilities were outdated or not functioning properly, with only two out of five machines working. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely stay here again. 9/10 stay

The hotel is very noisy. It is also quite old, and the rooms are small. We had trouble sleeping because of the noise coming from the rooms around us. That said, it is well located, the air conditioning works well, and the staff is helpful.

On the plus side, the staff were extremely friendly and polite. The room was clean and the breakfast was very decent for the price. The hotel is rather noisy though, with noise from the street, from other rooms (TVs and talking), and even the pipes (flushing toilets, showers etc.). But overall a good stay, and the location is excellent for downtown Brussels.

Location is ok, handy for tourist centre and Midi station, yet in a 'better' part of the street. Room was quiet, clean, modern. Staff were all very helpful and nice. I left luggage with no issues. Nice room we had, really comfy after a day or sightseeing! We slept well! The elevator was a little slow but not a big deal. We stayed at the hotel during a very hot week so wasn’t much aircon in the lobby but had it in our room! Yummy breakfast too!
