Place was clean and the amenities are really nice. This is our third time in this hotel and we missed the store to buy essentials and souvenirs and we missed also the ice creams options, the ice cream fridge was empty.

Staff were very friendly, shuttle service offered by resort was really helpful
The room we had was dated , clean but in need of upgrade as was the pool area which had patches of the pool underfoot missing which could result in someone cutting their feet . Also removed a broken glass from the pool which could have also resulted in a serious injury to someone swimming
